Condition ReportThe Condition Report informs you of any defects that require urgent attention. It flags areas that need further investigation to prevent serious damage to the fabric of the building and raises issues which may be considered a safety hazard.
The Homebuyers Survey is a mid-level survey suitable for conventional properties in a reasonable condition. It highlights any issues that need to be addressed prior to completion and is sufficient for most properties.
The Building Survey is the most detailed of the three surveys. It will outline, where possible, the construction of the property; highlighting defects and how these can be rectified. Depending on the client’s instructions, costs can also be attributed to these defects.
One of the most potential costly repairs on any property is the roof area. If you are concerned about an old or larger roof on the property you are looking to purchase, or currently own, we can perform a full survey to identify potential defects. This is carried out using specialist Drone equipment by our fully licensed and qualified pilots.
The quality of materials and workmanship for new-build homes and commercial property can unfortunately vary. Contracting Wright Surveys to carry out a survey prior to completion will highlight any issues that need rectifying, this includes cosmetic finishing details.

Wright Surveys Ltd is founded by Andrew Wright MCIOB AssocRICS MRPSA who spent 20 years in the Construction Industry working on High End and large residential projects for a number of well known Tier 1 Contractors before retraining and re qualifying to become a Chartered Building Surveyor.

Because of our practical approach we work very well with reputable agents, mortgage brokers and solicitors to guide buyers through the process offering telephone call consultations before and importantly after the survey has taken place.
